Coloxyl with Senna is a dual action formula for the effective overnight relief of constipation. The combination of two active ingredients work together to make bowel movements easier and more comfortable by both softening stools and stimulating the muscles in the bowel.
Adults and children over 12 years of age. Take one or two tablets at night. Increase up to 4 tablets if necessary.
Docusate sodium 50mg, Total sennosides (calculated as sennoside B) 8mg.
Free from gluten, lactose and preservatives.
Not recommended for use in children under 12 years. Drink plenty of water. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present, or if you develop diarrhoea. Do not take with other medicines or liquid paraffin, unless advised by a doctor. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before taking this product. Increase fibre in your diet except in cases of medication-induced constipation. If symptoms persist, seek advice from healthcare practitioner. Prolonged use is not recommended and may lead to dependence or serious bowel problems.
Store below 30℃. Protect from light. Do not use if cap seal is broken.

Coloxyl with Senna comes in tablet form, and the normal dose is 1–2 tablets taken with a glass of water just before bed. This can be increased to 4 tablets if needed.
